How we handle your information when you sign up for the DRB Masterclass.
Digital Realtor Blueprint (DRB, we, us) runs the DRB Masterclass, a free live AI training for realtors. This policy covers drbmasterclass.com, Masterclass registration, the live training, the optional VIP upgrade, reminders and follow-up, and the DRB AI Realtor Community. Our separate privacy policy at ai.digitalrealtorblueprint.com/privacy-policy covers DRB's paid Julie AI services. If you become a DRB client, that policy also applies.
Please do not share sensitive financial, health, identity-document or other unnecessary personal information in the live chat or with Julie AI during the demo. Use sample details where possible.
Registering for a free training is not blanket permission for unrelated marketing. You can say no to marketing at any time and still attend.
If you give your phone number and agree to receive texts, we text you about the Masterclass you registered for (for example, your join link and reminders) and, where you agreed, about DRB's services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Mobile information, SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Julie AI is an automated assistant, not a human. During the live training we may show Julie AI talking to sample or volunteer leads. Messages and audio may be processed by our communications and AI providers to generate responses and transcripts.
The live training may be recorded. Your name and chat messages may appear in the recording, which VIP members can watch as a replay. If you prefer not to appear, keep your camera off, use a first name only, or email us.
We share information only as needed with providers that run our services: our CRM and booking system (HighLevel/LeadConnector), the platform we use to host the live training, our email and text providers, AI providers, our payment processor (such as Stripe), and business support. If you join the DRB AI Realtor Community on Facebook, Meta handles your information there under its own terms.
Our ads run on Facebook and Instagram. We may use the Meta Pixel and similar tools to learn which ads lead to sign-ups. Meta may collect information about your visit under its own policies.
We may also share information with professional advisers, to meet a lawful request, to protect rights and security, or in a business transfer with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Our providers may process or store information in the United States or other countries. Information processed abroad may be subject to the laws of those countries. We remain responsible for information under our control and choose and manage providers with reasonable safeguards.
Our pages and embedded services (the booking calendar, videos, payment forms and ad tools) use cookies, local storage and similar technology for essential functions, security, measurement and advertising. You can manage cookies in your browser. Turning them off may stop some parts of the page from working. Where the law requires consent for optional tools, we will ask for it.

These are review targets, not promises that every copy is deleted on an exact date. We may keep records longer for a dispute, investigation or legal requirement. After you opt out, we keep a minimal record so we don't contact you again.
Email [email protected] to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity, and we will explain any legal limits. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights; we will respond within the time the law allows. You may raise unresolved concerns in Canada with the relevant privacy commissioner.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards. No internet service can be perfectly secure.
The Masterclass is for adults (18+) working in or around real estate. It is not directed to children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will investigate.
We will post changes here with a new date, and give extra notice or ask for consent where required.
