The rules for the free DRB Masterclass and the optional VIP upgrade.
These Terms govern your registration for and use of the DRB Masterclass, the VIP upgrade and the related bonuses, offered by Digital Realtor Blueprint (DRB, we, us), 55 Village Centre Place, Suite 200, Mississauga, Ontario L4Z 1V9, Canada. By registering or buying, you confirm you are at least 18 and, if you register or buy for a business, that you are authorised to do so. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Agreeing to marketing messages is separate from accepting these Terms.
People who attend live may receive the bonuses described on the registration page, such as free access to the DRB AI Realtor Community and the DRB Playbooks given out during the session. Bonuses are provided as described during the live session, may require you to stay until the end, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or transferred. We may update or replace a bonus with one of similar value.
The VIP upgrade is an optional, one-time purchase of $27 in Canadian dollars. Any taxes and your bank's currency conversion fees are shown or applied at checkout. It includes:
The "value" amounts shown on the VIP page reflect DRB's price for each item sold on its own. They are not a promise of any financial result. VIP access is for you personally and may not be shared or resold.
If the VIP upgrade is not worth it to you, email [email protected] from the email you used to buy, within 30 days of purchase, and ask for a refund. We will refund the full $27 to your original payment method, normally within 10 business days. No questions asked. VIP access ends when the refund is issued. This guarantee does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law.
During the Masterclass we may describe DRB's paid Julie AI plans. You are never signed up for a plan automatically. If you choose to buy one, that purchase is covered by DRB's separate Terms & Conditions, which you will see before paying.
When you register, we send messages about your session (confirmation, join link, reminders and changes) by email and, if you gave your phone number and agreed, by text. Marketing messages are sent only where you agreed or the law allows. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help, and use the unsubscribe link in any email.
Julie AI is an automated calling and texting assistant. During the live demo we may use simulated conversations and sample leads. AI can misunderstand or make mistakes.
Results and earnings disclaimer: we do not guarantee leads, appointments, closings, commissions or any income. Stories and numbers shown, such as an agent's lead and appointment counts, are individual results and are not typical or promised. Your results depend on your market, budget, offer, data, follow-up and effort. Advertising and business activity involve risk. Ad spend, when you run ads, is separate and is paid to Meta.
Please be respectful. Do not spam, sell, harass, share other people's personal information, or post unlawful or misleading content. Do not record, copy or rebroadcast the live session. We may mute or remove anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund of any free bonus. The DRB AI Realtor Community on Facebook is also subject to Meta's terms.
The training, recordings, playbooks, scripts, templates and other materials belong to DRB or its licensors. You may use them in your own real estate business. You may not resell, share, publish or repackage them, or use them to train or build a competing product, without our written permission.
The Masterclass relies on services such as HighLevel/LeadConnector, our training platform, payment processors, carriers and Meta. Their terms and availability also apply. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, but we will take reasonable steps to deliver what you signed up for.
To the extent the law allows, DRB is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits. Our total liability relating to the Masterclass and the VIP upgrade is limited to the amount you paid us for them. These Terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and they do not waive your statutory rights.
We may update these Terms. Changes will show a new date and will not take away what you already bought. Ontario law and the federal laws of Canada that apply there govern these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to fix any concern. If a part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
